If there is an issue with your order, product availability, shipping address, or payment information, we may contact you before your order is shipped.

Where available, local pickup or special delivery arrangements may be coordinated directly with SnoBear Canada. Please contact us before placing an order if you require special shipping or pickup arrangements.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. SnoBear Canada is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery timing is outside of SnoBear Canada’s direct control. If your shipment is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with reviewing the issue with the carrier.
Please keep all packaging and product materials if your shipment arrives damaged, as they may be required for a carrier claim.
